error message cannot create dwg during export from Microstation CE

Question

We want to export from Microstation CE upd 13 a dgn to Autocad 2021. While exporting we get the error message cannot create dwg. There are write permissions in folder where the dwg should be. The seed.dwg is located in C:\Program Files\Bentley\MicroStation CONNECT Edition\MicroStation\Default\Seed. What could be causing this.

Hi Corina, 
 I suggest asking this question in the MicroStation Forum , there are more people who regularly deal with DWG questions watching that group. 
 Alternatively, as the problem may be file specific you could also create a service request which would facilitate easy sharing of example files.
