I cannot create Service Request in Bentley Service Manager, message appears: Re-login required (session ID lost): Error NBN 431.
I already logout and login multiple times, but I still cannot proceed.
I tried creating in other Request, but the same error appears.
I tried emailing the Bentley Support, but it seems won't go through since it requires the Service Request number.
How can it be fixed?
I just bumped on this page. I believe it is too late, still I wanted to make sure you are able to create service request following steps from below wiki.
