My quastion is: Why is there no option to pin only Y or only X coordinate?
I wouldn't like to use insert fields function, just the simplest coordinate option.

It might be a good idea to mention which software and version you're using first. Then you could provide details of the tools and steps you're performing for this operation. This hould probably include example files or screen captures to should how it is being performed.
