I am a teacher, I use MicroStation in my course. I want to verify my school e-mail address, so that I can have access to the full academic MicroStation version.
However, every time I try to login, the screen appears informing me Bentley sent me an e-mail with a verification code. Then, no e-mail appears in my inbox. The e-mail with the verification code is not in my spam folder, Bentley is not in my blocked list, the e-mail address is correct. I wanted to ask Bentley's support for help directly, but that is only possible if one has a verified e-mail address.
Has this happened to anyone else? How can I resolve this issue?
