Bentley software sit up and configuration

Hello 
 
 I want to learn how to get Bentley software (MicroStation, inroads, open roads, open-bridge, ECT.. ) set up on the machine. and how can I adjust the configurations according to the DOT seeds ,files, libraries, and so on . 
 
 Is there training to do that somewhere?

most DOTs will include a Readme or PDF with the steps to set up their configurations. 
 If not - I would contact the DOT directly and ask for guidence on how they want the configuration installed (not all DOTs will be configured in the same way)

As Tim pointed out most DOT's provide some type of documentation on installing or setting up their Workspace/Configuration. First you'll want to confirm which version their standards are for and follow their instructions.
