Blank word document opening when using ProjectWise link, but opening ok for colleagues. Any advise please?

Hi Amanda, have you checked this with your ProjectWise or IT support people.

If it is opening correctly for your colleagues that suggests something to do with how your PC is siet up or connected to ProjectWise.

Hi Marc, thanks for the advice. yes, we have checked with our IT, so far no luck. Both mine and my colleagues versions of PW are the same and both our word versions are the same too. It's so odd as when he exports a document it shows OK. however when he re-imports it once completed it shows totally blank for him again.

When you say a ProjectWise link, is it a URL in the form of pw:// (or pw:\\)? Are you clicking it in email or on a web page? Does the URL point to a Word document?

Yes, URL goes to a Word document and then would just open blank. solved now, an add in in word was disabled.
