How to add the 3D ribbon to Constraints?

I'm trying to add the 3D section to Constraints ribbon, but does not appear for selection:

You need to add to whatever Ribbon mode you want, then add the command. It's a few steps, can't remember, must be documented somewhere. It will look like this (I've added 2 sections to Task Navigation)- 
 
 If you 3d specific commands, they will be greyed out in 2d files.
