Starting the task of reconfiguring Microstation V8i

Question

We are at a point to where the Bentley system has been mismanaged if you will for too long. We are going through an effort now, to clean up the application. 
 So, I have been asked to help get this under control. So, Im looking for a spreadsheet ( that someone may have readily available) which contains all the various configuration variables? in short form, or long. 
 Is there such an animal, or shall I build one through the configuration manager? 
 We use all the Building Products as well as ProjectWise. So, if I could get all of these, that would be COOOOOLLLLL...

Unfortunately, that list only exports the "known" variables. Any "custom" variables will not be in the list. 
 A custom variable can come from a Bentley Add-on, a third party Add-on, or from you. 
 If you can get most applications to load upon startup, you can use the -debug switch on a shortcut. This starts MicroStation using the last user, user interface and project loaded. 
 With the msdebug.txt file, you can see the order of loading of CFG files and what assignments are made where and when. This will include any CFG files in the APPL folder. 
 If an application creates variable upon load and does not load on startup, it is much harder to categorize those without knowing what you are looking for. Hopefully, the application's help files explain any such variables.
