I attempted to install the Bentley Map Mobile Publisher on a machine running the Windows XP operating system but was informed by the installer that the XP operating system was not supported. Is this true?	Yes, the underlying i-model publishing technology requires Windows 7 or later and therefore installation of Bentley Map Mobile Publisher is not supported on the Windows XP operating system.
Where do I need to put my published map files on the Android device so I can see them in the Bentley Map Mobile file picker?	The published Bentley Map Mobile (.imodel) files must be located in the /Bentley/Documents/MapMobile folder on your Android device.
What process can I use to put my published map files on my iPad device so I can see them in the Bentley Map Mobile file picker?	The published Bentley Map Mobile (.imodels) files can be copied to your iPad using the following steps. Use Bentley Map Mobile Publisher with Bentley Map Enterprise to publish your project data into a .imodel file. Using iTunes on your Windows machine, connect your iPad using the provided cable. Select your iPad in the device list such as shown here: Select the “Apps” section of the device near the top such as shown here: In the “File Sharing” section select “Map Mobile” app and see the "Map Mobile Documents" list. At the bottom of the “Map Mobile Documents” area select the “Add…” button as shown here: Use the “Add” dialog to browse to a folder and select one or more of your published .imodel files to copy to your iPad device. Start the Bentley Map Mobile app and provide your SELECT login credentials to see your data. Alternatively, you can use any of the popular file sharing services and apps such as Box, DropBox, Google Drive or Microsoft SkyDrive and use the “Open With Bentley Map Mobile…” option shown in those apps.
