Problem

When publishing an i-model *.i.dgn to Mobile i-model *.dgndb an error message is presented about copied references isn't supported: “Unsupported: Model attached more than once at different locations. Only the first attachment is saved.”

Solution

The publisher does not support copied references that are moved to different locations.  The publisher will convert all unique references but the practice of using references as cells this will not be supported and only the first instance of the reference will be published.
