Problem :

Users are not being able to login to 4D Analytics.

Solution :

There are certain compatibility measures listed below which should be considered while using 4D Analytics.

• DO NOT USE Amulet ON Chrome. Some of the functionalities may not work on Chrome. So kindly use IE or Firefox for that purpose.
• For Amulet, the user must use a computer that meets system requirements for Browser, Operating System and Java (see table below);

  Browser	Operating System	Java and web server
  Mozilla Firefox (latest version)	Windows 7, windows 8 or later	Java 1.8 and Apache Tomcat version 8 is to be installed
  Microsoft Internet Explorer version IE 11

  
  

• Note: If the issue is ONLY with logging into Amulet, please refrain yourself from raising a Service Request. Verify the Browser and Login to Amulet appropriately. 

• To check which version of Internet Explorer is being used:

  IE 11: Click Tools > About Internet Explorer
