When I attempt to login to Operational Analytics, the login fails and a warning error message in red text appears on the page.
Below is the table for causes why we cannot login to Operational Analytics and the solution for it.

Too many incorrect attempts
If the user has attempted to login several times using an incorrect password, then the account will become locked.
Incorrect User Name or Password
Make sure that the user is entering in the correct user name and password. Remember that the password is case sensitive.
Incorrect Repository
The repository is the drop-down list. Most users will only have the option of “default”. However, some users with multiple repositories – this may be true for users who have a test database, multiple databases, demo sites etc. Make sure that the correct repository has been selected.
Password has Expired
Users must change their passwords at regular intervals. If the user did not reset their password in time, the account will be locked. The user must contact the system administrator and ask for their password to be reset. Once they have their new password, they may be prompted to change their password the next time they login.
