• Unexpected outage of IMS - Connect Authentication - Resolved

     October 22, 2021 -  19:30 GMT

    We are currently experiencing a full IMS outage and the IT team is investigating the issue. Unfortunately we don’t have an estimate on when service will resume.

    There is a P1 with all hands online and involved in restoring the service ASAP.

    An update will be posted as soon as the Service is restored.
