Announcing AssetWise APM v7.10

We are pleased to announce the release of AssetWise APM v7.10, now available for general access from Bentley Software Downloads.

Highlights

  • Asset Restoration Plans (ARP) define the steps and expected costs for improving assets that have reached, or will soon reach, an unacceptable condition. An ARP is typically based on an asset condition analysis (ACA) that identifies the assets requiring restoration.

  • Indicator comparative analyses now provide more information about asset activities: completed tasks, downtime, failures, asset lives, and downtime incidents that affected the asset during the specified period. You can also view indicator readings for a single asset or compare a subset of indicators.

  • Support for integration with purchasing and materials systems is new for this release. For example, APM can generate export objects for assets, work order tasks, and their material and service requirements. New data loaders allow you to import miscellaneous cost transactions, inventory, materials, services, trades, and work order task purchasing information into APM. APM supports integration with Oracle® Purchasing, which you can implement with help from Technical Services.

  • APM Mobile.NET for Windows Mobile has been defeatured, replaced by APM Mobile Count Sheets and Mobile Inspections. These apps are available in the GoogleTm Play Store for use with Android devices.

  • Strategy development analyses have been enhanced by simplified MAP windows, configurable color segments in risk plot charts, and the addition of mitigated risk on charts. It’s now easier to set up and test your own charts, and you can deploy them to individual analyses using analysis types.
