International Asset Management Standard, ISO 55000, released

The ISO Asset Management standards include:

ISO 55000 Overview
ISO 55001 Management System Requirements
ISO 55002 Management System Guidelines

These new standards establish the framework/definition for WHAT is good asset management. They do not define the methods for HOW to achieve good asset management.
