  • Hello, my name is Rich Barry. I work for Archer Daniel Midlands (ADM) at the Clinton, Iowa facility. I have been with ADM for the past 8 years as a Maintenance Reliability Specialist. My duties include managing the predictive services group which includes the following technologies: lubrication, oil analysis, PdMA motor testing, IR, UE and vibration analysis. Other duties include the management and development of the mechanical integrity NDE and inspection team. Over the past 1.5 years we have been implementing an RBI approach utilizing the APM software. Additional duties also include co-leading a cost savings team and being a member of the corporate PSM Auditing Team. I am joining this group in hopes of sharing best practices, networking and improving the my overall knowledge of this application.
  • Hi my name is Jan Cuba and I work for Archer Daniels Midland in Columbus Nebraska. I have been with the company for 17 years all within the Maintenance / Inventory Control Department mainly as an Admin Assistant. Within the last year we have started using the RBI functionality within version 7.1 of APM. We currently use Maximo 7.1 also which we have integrated to our APM software.
