Order creation in SAP, generates APM checksheet(s)

Hi Gary,

After the last webmeeting, we have some questions about the mantenance order from SAP generating an APM checksheet and APM work order.

It seems to us that we can link the APM inspection tasks to a SAP mantenance item. So when the mantenance order linked in an APM inspection task is created in SAP, will the APM checksheet and the APM work order be generated in APM automatically, triggered by SAP?

When we finish the checksheet in APM before to close the mantenance order in SAP, will the mantenance order in SAP be updated?

If we close the mantenance order in APM before finish the APM checksheet it will update anything in APM work order?

Could you give some examples about how it will work? Some print screens could be enlightening.
