Adhoc Checksheet

Hi,

My name is Fahmi from Oman Gas Company, we are new to use this APM Assetwise software and have several questions about it.

I just try on test environment to create ad hoc checksheet and already succeed to update my indicator reading value. I have question here how to copy this ad hoc checksheet or regenerate the same checksheet in order to avoid repeatable job to identify indicator reading start from beginning. Thank you

Regards,

Fahmi Reza

  • Checksheets are typically meant for repeatable tasks such as regular inspection routines.

To set-up a regular repeating checksheet, what you will need to do is to create a Standard Task and assign the Indicators in the order (sequence) in which you wish them to appear on the checksheet. Think of the Standard Task as a Work Order Task / Checksheet template. Once you have done this, you can either create new checksheets as desired, or set-up a regular triggering pattern to automatically generate checksheets based on the Standard Task. This triggering object is known as a Standard Job. For more information on Standard Tasks and Standard Jobs, look in the Bentley online help in the APM User's Guide > Asset Reliability Program section. You may also wish to contact your Bentley Account Administrator to help you set-up access to APM's online training materials or to set-up on site training.

    Cheers.
