Working with email notification based on alarm state of an indicator.
Is it possible to create a group email (possibly using the Personnel hierarchy).
Goal would be if personnel change within the group, would not need to modify each individual alarm indicator.
Would only need to modify the group.
BTW, using APM v7.8.

We cannot 'build' an email Group in APM, but you can select multiple employees to notify.
If you do want to use an email group that is maintained outside of APM, you could create a Personnel record (Employee) to represent this Group, with contact info/email address property set to the group email. This "Employee" would not be given an APM Login, but could be selected for notification options throughout APM.
On the Alarm state/Notification tab, select that record for Employees to notify.
NOTE: The email list would have to be maintained outside of APM.
