Automating email notification for indicators in alarm is to be used sparsely. Users often overuse this notification feature and end-up polluting their email inboxes with several hundred indicator emails per week. Most of these emails are simply identifying a minor change in state and essentially end-up turning into email noise that the reliability engineer must sift through. The best use of email notification is for targeted failure events that require immediate intervention because of an extreme Safety, Environmental or Operational consequence only. These should typically be targeted to the specific audience of one or 2 people for that asset such as the Senior Engineer or Manager who can then launch an immediate intervention to mitigate the consequence.

Is there an easy way to add a new employee's email id to all the existing 100's of indicators to receive email notifications. Considering the previous employee has moved out of the role.
