The software should work in an intranet environment, where there is no external internet access, but you must use windows authentication.
We are not using that device.
If the device does not have internet access and we try connecting to the handheld server as message is displayed "There is no internet access"..
Ah, I have found a bug reported for this problem (3rd party library), It appears samsung devices do not consistently report connectivity. I will report a bug for you.
Could you let me know which device you have tested on, so I can put it as part of the bug report.
