I am using APM version 7.11 and when accessing online content, the following message is displayed: "You are not authorized to use the EXP Online Service".
I already activated the online content and restarted the server, but I still can't access it.
Are using a Bentley Connect account or a Windows account for Bentley? We utilize Windows accounts.
