One of your remotes can no longer synchronize. Error log contains:
The previous synchronization issued a full download request for this synchronization due to some severe error. Full download will be requested.
System.ServiceModel.FaultException: Exception during package file generation, please check the Application server logs for details.
When package file generation encounters a fatal error during synchronization, the package name is flagged as a problem package. Subsequent attempts to regenerate/synchronize will fail.
To reset the flag for package generation for this package, you can:
1. Restart the Service, or
2. On the problem tablet, go to a command line prompt:
Change directory to: <APM Remote Install Folder>\bin Execute the command: RemoteSynchronizer /m /d /r /i:remote
Change directory to: <APM Remote Install Folder>\bin
Execute the command: RemoteSynchronizer /m /d /r /i:remote
/r tells the server to reset the status for this package.
