APM Online help works through the browser but not IvaraClient
1. Symptom: User clicks F1 in IvaraClient and see’s the dialog “Online Help Not Available”
Test the url in an IE browser.
i. URL works in IE Browser?
The HEAD method is blocked. IvaraClient thinks the URL is not available.
ii. URL fails in IE Browser?
Entire external access to help.ivara.com is blocked.
2. Symptom: User clicks F1 in IvaraClient and nothing happens
The IvaraClient tried to launch the default browser to the URL but it did not work. Check the client PC’s setting for a default browser.
