Application servers and a database server in different time zones can create problems.
For example, if a database server is in a time zone that is one hour ahead of an application server that executes an ODC service, ODC readings may be missed between the hours of Midnight and 1 AM.
The applicaton servers and the database server must be in the same time zone.
