Problem

When closing, or updating, a work order the system is not presenting the In Progress (and potentially other) status.

Solution

Not all Work Order and Work Order Task Statuses are manually selectable, most are actually populated by the application's business logic. The "In Progress" status is one of those that cannot be selected manually. Bentley APM Asset Reliability / Ivara SuprEAM software selects "In Progress" when one or more Indicators have received readings or when activities (other than marking the work order as completed or closed) have been reported to the work order tasks.
