I can manually upload FMs to the cloud, but the "Upload Content" scheduled action is not uploading Failure Modes to the online content cloud.
Look for the following message in the log for the "Upload Content" scheduled action:
"Unable to connect to the EXP Online Server. User must accept EULAs."
Note: The scheduled action log's name will be similar to "SimpleMethodInvoker_xxxxxxx_ScheduledActionID_nn.txt", where the "xxxxxxx" is the server instance name that runs the action scheduler, and the "nn" is the scheduled action's Object ID.
Hint: To find a scheduled action's Object ID, add the Object ID column to the "Scheduled actions" configuration, on the Enterprise's Services view, Scheduled Actions tab.
If the EULA message is found in the log, do the following:
The EULA can be acknowledged by opening an incomplete MTA. On the Facilitation view, By Asset tab, click the right-mouse-button on an asset in the left-hand pane's list, and select the Browse APM Online Content option.
