Problem

Searching for rows in a configuration list does not always find rows with the string entered into the configuration's Search control, though the text is known to appear in the list.

Solution

Searching a configuration for text entered into the configuration's search control does not search text in all columns. Only columns with a string data type are searched.

Data types such as numeric, date, currency, boolean, enumerated, etc. are not searchable using the confgurations Search control

Non-string columns, as well as string columns, can be filtered using a column's Filter option (i.e., Right-mouse-button click on a column, and select the Filter option).
