All users (including administrators), s, access via Smart client and Thick Client, cannot access system as it is Locked for Customizations

1. Open the APM database in SQL Server Management Studio

2. Locate and Select  the Table "oq.connection.req" " table

3. Delete all the user records in this table.  There only user in this table at this time should be the administrator who locked the system for customization but delete all the records in the table if there are more than one.
