We are in the process of moving users to Outlook 365 (Outlook 2016) in the cloud, due to compatibility issues with older Outlook versions (e.g., Outlook 2007).
What is the compatibility of Ivara 5.x and 6.x versions with Outlook 365 (Outlook 2016)?
Outlook 365 was certified to work with our 7.x release, and the architecture is significantly different than the 5.x version. We do not certify Office products with older releases.
You will have to verify the interoperability to your satisfaction. Any functions/features that do not work will not be hotfixed on the 5.x or 6.x releases.
