The synchronization of the tablet will not complete when certain users are logged in. I can log into the tablet and the process completes. I tried security profile changes and also changed who was logged in the network with no success. The synchronization starts for the user and the progress bar completes, but when the user starts the remote client the following message appears: “The last Full synchronization of this computer’s data has either not finished or has failed”.
Check the user profile in question for a remote security profile in APM main. If the user does have a remote security profile try changing the profile to "blank" and have the user reinitialize the user. Once this is done have the user try to synchronize again. If the user is able to synchronize this means that the problems is with the Remote Security Profile and it will need to be updated.
If the Remote Security Profile is the source of the problem you'll need to update the Remote Security Profile from the Master Remote Database on the server and redeploy the remote package to all remote computers. The attributes to look for in the Remote Security Profile are typically the audit trail related attributes of the indicator reading and checksheet, such as Checksheet>Date and Time Uploaded, etc. These attributes should be set to "Fully Editable".
