Edit Button is Unavailable when reopening an RCM analysis

Problem

Launch a closed RCM analysis. From the Tools menu choose Mark As (anything but closed).

The edit button in the banner does not become available.

Solution

Choose Allow Editing from the Analysis menu to edit the RCM. (This is a refresh issue. The next time the Analysis is opened, the edit button will be available.)
