Download HH Activities
Enter a reading with a picture
Mark Activity as complete
Synchronize
 
Expected:  picture is uploaded with the reading and processed
 
Actual: Error is report on the Android:
The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error
Checksheet/reading is processed but photo is missing from the photo tab

Solution

Upgrade to 7.9

In 7.8, contact Support, request latest hotfix for 7.8
