APM Remote shows Regular UI instead of Data Collector UI

Problem

The Data Collector RemoteUI type doesn't seem to launch the same set of views as it did before upgrading. The user is seeing a view called the Regular UI panel instead of the Data Collector one we were seeing before we upgraded.

Solution

APM has made some changes to how we set-up the information displayed for the APM Remote users and what information is downloaded to the APM Remote Client in the last few versions of APM.
From what is described, you may need to update both the user's Alternative UI type and the Download Package used for the APM Remote client. See attached word document that shows where this is done.
The first screenshot is the download package, this is where we set what data goes to the remote tablet. The second screenshot is where you set the user's Alternative UI type, which will determine whether users using that remote see the data-collector views or the full APM remote app views.
