Turning off Dynamic Sampling will Improve the Performance of APM

Problem

Performance is slow in Ivara APM when running against an Oracle database.

Solution

Turn off Dynamic Sampling. This can be done with the script below.

alter system set optimizer_dynamic_sampling=0 scope=both;
