IvaraServer overnight started reporting a status of stale and refused smart client connections.
Clients may see the following message
"Unable to find an available server to connect using APM Server Manager - URL. Verify network connection, Server Manager and Application Server availability, or contact your System Administrator."

Workaround:
Restart the server services that are reported as stale
Fixed in 7.12Reproduced by deleting server's connection record in connection_reg. Fixed by adding a check and re-creating the connection record when needed.
A hotfix can be made available depending on your release. (Submit an SR to inquire.)
