Remove Link to Work Order method shows up on a Work Request when it should not

Problem

When you right-click on a Work Request or drop down its Tools menu, the Remove Link to Work Order method is available regardless of whether the Work Request is linked to a Work Order or not.

Solution

This is a UI problem only. If you try to run the method nothing will happen.
