"This liability has already been invoiced in full" Error Message

Problem

Receiving Error Message when sending invoice for approval, the Error message window says
"This liability has already been invoiced in full."

If there is any Invoice Lines with Zero(0) quantity this Error message comes up. Deleting the Invoice Lines with Zero quantity solves the Problem.
