We found that we cannot enter lower readings for cumulative indicator using APM remote client. The "Reason for Lower reading" is selected but error dialogue does not recognize the reason ad allow to the reading to be accepted and continue the inspection.
The workaround is to not enter a reading in APM Remote, process the checksheet with the missing reading and then enter an adhoc reading in APM Foundation and force the roll-over there. As many APM Remote end-users may not have access to APM Foundation, use your internal business process to determine who will enter the meter roll-over reading into APM Foundation.
