APM Remote - asset listing tab is blank when browsing assets from the New Work Request dialogue

Problem

While creating work request from APM Remote installed on Tablet, the asset hierarchy is appearing but not asset listing on work request page so the user is not able to search for the asset using keywords.

Solution

The workaround is to navigate for the asset using the asset hierarchy from the work request or, to first search for the asset number from the "Assets" tab of the APM Remote - My desk view before creating the WR. Copy the asset number and then go back to the Work Request tab to press the New button to launch the new Work Request dialogue and manually paste in the asset number in the asset number field.
