Replenishment Total Cost is not getting updated based on to the Requisition lines, when a 'closed' requisition line is deleted.
If a Requisition line is closed, right click and re-open before deleting that line which ensures the Total Cost field is getting updated.
Note: For Re-open option to show up requisition should be 'in Planning'.
A bug has been raised on to this with Issue number# 21989
