APM Remote fails to install due to SQLEXPRESS install failure

Problem

When installing APM Remote via the Remote Client Package the installation fails due to not having sufficient rights to install SQL EXPRESS on the target tablet.

Solution

The user's hardware department will need to set-up SQLEXPRESS on the tablet as only they will have sufficient rights to do so.

In order to troubleshoot this scenario, the person installing can run the SQLExpress install via a command prompt with administrative privileges. That way the SQL Express Set-up wizard will show where it is failing with a descriptive error message such as Rule "Setup account privileges" failed - "The account that is running SQL Server Setup does not have one or all of the following rights...".
