Problem

Error text message in the form of HTML code in RCA->Solution-> Benefits description of RCA analysis report while Printing In version 7.11

Solution

Customize the analysis report by using Custom Report option.

· Select the Benefits label Mitigatedfailureanalysis.Benefits and delete it.

· Select from the relationships Mitigated failure analysis and select the Benefits(RepotRichText). Drag and drop it on the report definition. Add a Label and type report.

Print the new customized analysis report.

Issue expected to be resolved in 7.12 version.
