DGN viewer not opening from smart cilent in windowes 7 machine

Problem

Error while opening i-model using a smart client on windows 7 PC.

Solution

Re-install C++ redistributables (2005, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2017) and smart client on Windows 7 machine, DGN viewer starts working.
