When filtering for a specific date and time in APM, the time is converted to UTC upon exiting resulting in an incorrect filter.
For example, my original filter was for 11:20 AM. I am 4 hours behind UTC. When I exit APM and go back it, it has changed to 3:20 PM.
When entering a date/time filter in APM, enter the correct time minus the different to get you to UTC.
