Problem

Using Scroll Wheel in list causes times to display in UTC instead of local time.

For example:

1. Find an indicator with a lot of readings (100 or so should do)
2. Go to the Readings view of the indicator and display them as a list
3. Change the Reading Date to display with both the date and time
4. Using the Scroll Wheel, scroll down in the list

Solution

Refreshing the list will put the times back to the correct ones. Using the scroll bar instead of the scroll wheel will prevent it from happening.
