&lt;p&gt;This happens when APM inspections cannot authenticate using CONNECT users in iOS app. The app works fine but the screen goes blank once we select&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;the Test Route&amp;nbsp;as shown below:-&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h1&gt;Solution&lt;/h1&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This issue can be resolved by uninstallation and reinstallation of the APM Inspections app in iOS.&lt;/p&gt;
