APM Custom Reports print with wrong (UTC) date and time

Problem

When printing custom reports, user noticed that the report date and timestamp was off by several hours consistently.

Solution

Over the course of several releases, from 7.5 to 7.9 APM began the conversion of date and time attributes in the database to support UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). This has resulted to several APM Internal Reports having been updated to convert the database time to the user's local time. These changes are not automatically propagated to the user's custom reports. The user needs to update the custom reports by removing the old date and time attributes from the custom reports, saving the report to commit the change, then reimporting the desired date and time attributes and choosing how to represent the date and time in the print-out.

When a confusing date and time is found in a report users are encouraged to either revert to APM out-of-the-box reports or if untrained in building custom reports, seek the aid of Bentley Services to help update the custom reports.
