Standard Document Dataload fails due to required Document Location attribute error

Problem

When the document dataloader is run, the standard document dataloader errors with a message stating "Invalid value for Document Location", even though the document location was filled in properly.

Solution

This has been reported as bug VSTS #146934 - "Document dataload fails due to required document location attribute error". The workaround is to create the documents manually.
