User has had issues where printing a PO report was missing some data when printed from a specific end-user(s) but not other users. On the surface this appears to be a Security Profile issue but after investigation, by switching the end-user security profile with an administrator/blank security profile, the end-user still did not have all files populating on the PO report. Upon further testing and investigation, it was found that the end-users who experienced the problem with the missing fields had personal configurations on the PO report. This should not be the case as business logic should only allow the administrator to change a Report Configuration.
This was reported as a bug, VSTS#150406 - "Personal configurations created against reports".
When you experience this issue, have the APM Administrator check the Enterprise Level > Customization Center view > User Interface tab > Configurations sub-tab for Personal Configurations where the Purpose column = Report. Should these be found, take a screenshot and launch an SR.. A script will be provided by Bentley APM Support to correct the data.
